How do I place an order?
Find the item you want, click the “Add to Cart” button. For shirts, first select the size from the drop down menu, then click the “Add to Cart” button. You will be directed to the PayPal check out page. To continue adding items to your cart, click the “Continue Shopping” button on the left hand side of the PayPal check out page. When you’ve finished browsing and are ready to check out, enter your ZIP code(for domestic USA orders) or select “Ship outside U.S.”(for International orders) and select your country. After you have calculated and added shipping, make sure all the products and quantities in your cart are correct and click “Check out” or “Check out with PayPal” to continue. We’ll take you to a secured PayPal server where you’ll enter and confirm your billing, shipping and payment information.
What if I want to place a large order?
Due to shipping rates becoming so high, for orders over $200, we ask that you email us for a custom Shipping & Handling quote. Just email us a list of the items you would like to order along with your shipping address and we will get back with you as soon as we can.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we are only accepting payments through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account and would like to use a Debit or Credit Card, select the “Pay with a debit or credit card, or Bill Me Later” link after selecting “Check Out” in the shopping cart window.
How long do orders take to arrive?
We try our best to ship all orders within a week from the date of purchase. The merchandise sales on this site are operated by the band and roadcrew. Occasionally this can slow us down on sending orders out, but we will get them out to you asap. For most domestic USA orders please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. For most International orders please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
How can I track my order?
All domestic orders are shipped with USPS tracking numbers. After your order is sent out, you should receive an email from PayPal with a tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number from PayPal and it has been over a week since you placed your order, please contact us and we’ll take care of you asap.
For International orders, we unfortunately do not offer tracking with the normal “Worldwide Shipping” option. Global tracking is very expensive, so in order to keep costs down for you, we send these orders First Class International mail. Some countries allow tracking via Customs ID numbers, so after your order is sent out you should receive an email from PayPal with a Customs ID number attached. Due to the varied postal handling throughout the world, we cannot guarantee delivery of International orders under the “Worldwide Shipping” option. If you would like to place an order with us, but have concerns about not receiving your items. Please email us with a list of items you would like, along with your shipping address and we will get a custom Shipping & Handling quote back to you that will include Global Express Guaranteed tracking. These orders we can guarantee delivery on, but the price of shipping will possibly be two or three times as high.
